If you are experiencing a technical issue with the website and need assistance, please e-mail us at volunteers@volunteerforchange.org.

We will try to respond to all technical inquiries within one business day.

If your technical issue is more urgent and you really need to speak with a staff member, call us at 1-800-404-0160.

How do I register with the web site?

At this time, there is no registration for volunteers.

In the near future, volunteers will be able to register so that sign-up fields will automatically be populated with your information. You will also be able to keep a history of the events you have participated in, and create a profile page.

What do I do if I need to cancel or change something about my sign-up?

After signing up for an event, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with information about the event. This e-mail will explain how to cancel or modify your sign-up and how to view the event listing.

Please call the event contact directly to notify them if you change your sign-up shortly before the event or if you don't receive your confirmation e-mail (please note that if you have a spam filter, the confirmation e-mail may get blocked).
